Why do we feel the need to change who or what we are?
It's that time of the year. Everyone and everything are in great spirits. Most of us have been on holiday and you feel you can take on the new year with new energy. Promises of change to yourself are on your mind - I have to lose weight, stop smoking, become more active, eat healthy, and the list goes on! So, what's the problem? Why do we feel it necessary to change our habits, lifestyle and who we are? Are we not happy with the way things are? All of these are very relevant questions. The problem is that we never follow through on these new promises. Not due to the lack of trying. Herein lies the solution - "trying" is the problem. We already fail even before we start!
The word "try" is defined as making an attempt or effort to do something. Try as we might, when the program or pattern which we are living out is not aligned to this new ‘resolution’ that we want to achieve, it will never come to fruition. It doesn't take one huge leap to change, it takes hundreds and thousands of tiny steps to change. We have to change the hardware, not the program running on the system. This hardware is our mind and how it is wired. Can it be changed? Of course. With the help of Muscle Response Testing it is possible to fast track the re-wiring of the brain pathways and processes.
The trick is to find the pattern, the stressor blocking certain brain functions and give the mind new and more appropriate options to use or react. This is called Super Learning, instead of going the ‘tiny step’ method. Muscle Response Testing communicates directly with the subconscious mind and installing a new programme is done instantaneous. It may take the brain up to 48hrs to integrate this new “software”, but the results are astounding.
Do you have resolutions which never get fulfilled? Give the Muscle Response Testing a try. It is true magic at work.
